Huawei G8 completely ruïned
So I recently rooted my G8 which went fine, everything was how I wanted it but recently got a new phone. Now I sorta forgot that my phone was rooted and did a factory reset, still nothing is wrong here but, when the phone was done wiping all the data it rebooted and booted straight into TWRP and I'm unable to leave and boot into android.
Also, I'm unable to re-flash TWRP since my phone is FRP locked, recovery mode also doesn't work. Can anyone please help me?

[ROOT][5.0+] Font Selector (by Igor Eisberg) [1.0]
As some of you probably know, the SomcFontSelector.apk in the Japanese firmware for the latest devices is pretty useless to us. It has only 4 built-in fonts with no options for other languages and no possibility to create font packs, or anything similar. So... I coded one of my own.
I present you my own Font Selector. Completely remade in Android Studio. Supports specialized and very flexible font packs that are specifically made for this selector.
I also include 2 ready-to-use font packs and there are more to come, as well as a quick guide for creating your own font packs for this selector.
One more thing, this selector is highly portable. With a few tweaks to "fonts.xml" in your "system/etc" folder you could also use this selector. You don't have to have an Xperia device.
However, these flashable ZIPs were created for Xperia devices running Lollipop and newer. It replaces all of your fonts with the lastest fonts from Marshmallow, as well as modded XML files that allow this selector to do its job. Don't flash these ZIPs on a non-Xperia device or an Xperia device that runs KitKat or older.

Viper4Android & MM
Hey everyone. As someone who absolutely loves viper and it's features I wanted to continue using it in MM, however so far I've not been able to get it working at all.
I've downloaded the latest version and installed it normally at first. After it wasn't working that way I tried installing it as a system app, with the same results.
Anyone else with the same issue?
I'm on a L09 and rooted of course, BB is also installed.

CyanogenOS 13 and V4A
Hello peeps! A longtime lurker, first time poster here.
Straight to the point. I upgraded my rooted OPO with the COS 13 ZNH0EAS2JK by Manudroid19. My kernel is the boeffla one for COS13. The user experience is smooth as all hell but i encountered a huge problem. I can't get Viper4Android to work at all, hell, even the built-in AudioFX didnt do anything. The apk works fine and it installs the driver without any problems. I've tried the phone speakers and a headset but any of the options in V4A don't do anything.
Has anyone got V4A to work on COS 13? Or even AudioFX? I've tried flashing V4A and tried the Play store version without any luck. What am i missing? Didn't have any problems with V4A on 12.1. Any ideas?

Goodbye story , S7 Edge
Hey folks ,
So i got this phone in around november 2012 soon after it came out. It has been almost 4 goddamn years. During that time it has endured countless of abuses. I first dropped it in a toilet , which had just been used and not flushed. I fished it out and cleaned it thoroughly. It was still erratic , touchscreen did weird things and stuff. I opened it up and realized the board is completely wet and it had run like that for an entire day. I cleaned the board and let it sit through the night , the next day it worked without a hiccup. Then after a while i dropped it and broke the screen. I then replaced the screen with a new one i ordered off ebay. Then GPS didn't work for the longest time. Then i solved that problem which was caused by the digitizer interference. I documented it and shared it with you folks and many people fixed their gps problems with that. After a while i dropped it again and had to replace it again , but this time i knew what the problem was so i wrapped the digitizer with aluminium foil. It did not work. Turns out the new issue was grounding (which had already been pointed out in my thread by helpful folks over there) and my new assembly didn't come with grounding contacts so i had to make those. I made them out of laptop grounding sponges which are soft and conductive. It worked again. After a while the battery's voltage started to drop randomly causing all kinds of weird touchscreen behaviour and random reboots. I used it like that for like a year. I started developing kernels with the help of wonderful folks here who wrote really really useful guides. I didn't publish anything because this is a Nexus and people who are way better than me are developing for it in a capacity that i , at this current state , cannot match. Yet.
So today , i'm finally retiring my old mako. This is a very sentimental phone for me. It has seen me being wed , it has been there at the birth of my child , it's been there when my wife almost died and when i almost fell from a cliff. It's been the great partner in my many ways. So yea , i'll be hoarding the carcass , probably be showing that to my kids one day. I learned a lot from you folks and tried to give back in every little way possible. It's been a good , long ride. Thank you folks for everything.

Help PLEASE
Okay so i had a rooted 30f lg g3 16gb d855 and i went to use LG up to flash a new 30f kdz since i didnt want root anymore. Then i think LGup deleted the rooted android and i think only TWRP is left and i cant do anything, i tryed using LGup it wont find my phone i tryed to flash multiple zip files no luck it just keeps booting in TWRP and cant boot the phone. If anyone has an idea what to do please help me im ready to cry.

I'm still using Dhollmen 4.4 on my p5110, which still runs pretty awesome, but I wanna try a more modern ROM. Is there even one which can handle the tab pretty well?
I have tried CandySIX already, but it didnt run as fast as expected (dhollmen still beats it).
So, can you recommend me any decent ROM for the tab?

[SM-N910C] device does not have DRK please install drk first
I have SM-N910C with triped knox. I flash poland android MM with odin. After reboot i have error - device does not have DRK please install drk first and android cant load.
Then i flash twrp 3.0 with odin and all is ok, no errors and android load and work.
How can i repair that error? I want to use stock android 6.0 with stock recovery.

Fire TV Stick problems connecting bluetooth keyboard
I have a Fire TV Stick OS 5.0.5.1. I bought a iPazzPort Bluetooth mini keyboard (KP-810-30B) Following the instruction that came with it, I d/l the adbFire program (http://ift.tt/1SL2fSR) to side load the settings.apk file (unpacked from http://ift.tt/1NB3ftF)so that I can connect Bluetooth devices to my Fire Stick. The program loaded and installed perfectly on the stick but when I launched the settings app, and clicked on the Bluetooth tab, instead of it going to the devices screen, it closed out and went back to the launch screen. I've tried several different settings.apk d/l's from independent sites, and end up with the same problem. Anybody have any ideas on what I may be doing wrong or has Amazon blocked this feature now just as they did firestarter?

Whatsapp message count not showing
Hi all.
After the first marshmallow update for my Z5 I noticed that whatsapp message count stopped working.
Even after todays update it still doesn't work, which worked perfectly fine before the marshmallow update.
I'm in the stock Xperia launcher.
Any ideas how I can get it back or is it a known change?

Hi all,
Can someone point me in the right direction as to what custom recovery can be installed on my device? I've tried a number of them and seem to brick my phone. I've been able to find many posts regarding the GT-i9060c/i. As a matter of fact, I had to odin flash GT-i9060 stock rom to get my phone working again. What is the correct rom to flash on a sm-i9060c and where can I find it? Do I need to make any bootloader modifications to install a custom recovery? My phone is currently rooted.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 live demo unit, which i want to make it full working phone.
I'm replacing the motherboard to the original S6 board with IMEI, the charging board and those 2 antenna cables (red & blue).
Now.. will it work? And the demo unit include the GSM antenna? Or i need to replace the back housing panel with the flex cable on it? (Maybe the GSM antenna is there?).

Titanium Backup Stuck restoring 0% s7 edge
Hello!!
I had Renovate rom flashed from 1 month ago and all Ok and i restore form titanium backup my apps from s6.
But today I did a full wipe and flash new version for my S7 edge and now doesnt restore TITANIUM backup, it get stucked restoring 0%. I tried all, but nothing works!! Dont know what happens....

Hey,
I've been using B513 for about three months now, installed it while it was a beta version(maybe it still is, I haven't checked it a long time) but funnily it now offers me an update to B522. I even tried it once, but since I have TWRP recovery it failed the update, so should I go back to stock recovery and then try to update it? And after all this messing with B513, is it safe? :)

Help from developers needed for serious network issue
This message is addressed to software developers who could possibly help resolve this issue.
Myself and other users have been facing a terrible problem with this phone in regards to network connectivity and missing incoming calls.
Basically, my phone becomes not responsive to incoming calls when it enters sleep mode. If my phone is in sleep mode (screen off), every incoming call goes directly to voice mail. As a result, I have been missing hundreds of phone calls!
To prove to Xiaomi that this is not an isolated issue with my phone in particular, I have created a survey in the http://ift.tt/1N0pOId to have an estimate of users suffering with this issue. So far, over 45 people have reported to have problems receiving incoming calls. At least 30 people have reported to be facing the issue in which the phone does not receive incoming calls while in sleep mode (screen off). This is the link for the survey I created (http://ift.tt/1YUilLo).
I have tested several versions of China, Global, Developer and even AOSP ROMs. They all have the same problem. I have been missing incoming calls since the first day I bought my phone.

Myself and other users have been facing a terrible problem with this phone in regards to network connectivity and missing incoming calls.
Basically, my phone becomes not responsive to incoming calls when it enters sleep mode. If my phone is in sleep mode (screen off), every incoming call goes directly to voice mail. As a result, I have been missing hundreds of phone calls!
To prove to Xiaomi that this is not an isolated issue with my phone in particular, I have created a survey in the http://ift.tt/1N0pOId to have an estimate of users suffering with this issue. So far, over 45 people have reported to have problems receiving incoming calls. At least 30 people have reported to be facing the issue in which the phone does not receive incoming calls while in sleep mode (screen off). I have tested several versions of China, Global, Developer and even AOSP ROMs. They all have the same problem. I have been missing incoming calls since the first day I bought my phone.

simlock after flashing firmware via flashtool (tried a downgrade to 4.2)
A wrong check mark leads to a disaster, although i've installed custom ROMs on so many devices :eek: I've tried to make a downgrade to Android 4.2 via flashtool, now my Xperia Tablet is simlocked.
With the PC Companion it's no problem to revive the divive, but the simlock is still there.
I've tried to find a solution since 2 days, has anybody an idea? I would be grateful for your help!!

I'm looking for your suggestions on the best/most stable and battery efficient rom for this device, i've been on the release channel for CM12 but experiencing battery issues, my device is over 2 years old and i will swap the battery but i'm still looking for suggestions to what the most stable/battery efficient rom is now for this device, i am willing to downgrade (os version) if necessary, at this point i just want a really stable working phone, the honeymoon phase is over :)

Fire TV 4K - Not enough power for external HDDs?
Hey guys,
I rooted my Fire TV and installed rbox' Prerooted Stock Images [5.0.5.1_r1]. I installed ParagonNTFS via ADB, started it on the Fire TV, and granted it root when prompted. This means from software side everything is ready for my external HDD. However, I tried to connect my old Samsung S2 2.5" external HDD with 500 GB (USB 2.0) and my new 2.5" Toshiba 1 TB (USB 3.0). The Samsung does not even turn on. The Toshiba continously tries to turn on but immediatly shuts down, then it tries again to turn on. Obviously the drives do not receive enough power via the USB port of the Fire TV. Is that a know problem or am I the only one?

Phone not ringing
Hello, I would like to share with you my problem. So this started when I installed the last OTA (CM13.0, Android 6.0.1). Sometimes my phone doesn't ring. Neither notifications, nor incoming calls or even charging sounds. Although if I run an app, or a music player, there is sound. It's like do not disturb is on, but it's not. I've also checked profiles and of course the sound panel. Turning all of them on and off doesn't make any difference while this is happening, the only solution is restarting the phone. So... OK, I do accept the fact that the phone has it's own personality after the OTA and there are many reasons for a phone not to like me, but I really want to hear if someone is calling or texting me. :p

I managed to activate more languages, data fix and call recording. and 5 way reboot option. but no hope for tethering.
1.Download renegade rom and xtrestolite rom.

twrp 3.0.2.0 upgrade now password encrypted
Did an upgrade to twrp to get my OnePlus One upgraded.
rebooted into recovery to make sure things worked.
I was presented with a password requester. I do have the phone encrypted. I attempted to use that password to get into twrp.
I'm getting this error message;
Failed to decrypt the data.
Unable to decrypt with the default password. You may need to perform a Format Data

Full SELinux support is present.
No idea what password is required nor do I know how to get updated.

SD card to increase ram, also use folder mount?
I've been doing a bit of reading about SD cards being used as ram... But that the sd card would become unusable for storage. Is this true??
I currently have a good foldermount setup, don't want to stop that, as well as camera, wallpaper etc storage just to use a small part of it as ram.
Any way to do both? My phone only has 1 sd slot and probably wouldn't read a partitioned one...

Most of you know how to achieve it, but there are still some guys out there who are clueless.

First of all:

[Q] Marshmallow ROM without battery drain
I've tried Bliss and Temasek's CM 13 with a few kernels and I always have this constant battery drain which makes sure my tablet is dead by evening, every day, no matter how little I use it. Does anybody know a ROM + kernel combination that doesn't have this constant excessive battery drain?

XZ only boots when in dock and on a charge...also in recovery

my phone used to work well, but after playing with some custom kernels it suddenly won't boot properly (bootloop)
it's not a regular bootloop as it works well when on the dock and with the charger on, once i unplug the phone or the charger, it shuts off immediatly!
(no waiting, it just gooes off)
I thought the battery was in fault but when I go into recovery the phone works normally without the dock
can you help?

Broken power button, any way to boot?
I just bought a Nexus 6 on Ebay for cheap. (famous last words, I know, but I'm a cheap bastard) Seller stated power button wasn't working, but could still use an app like volume 2 power to wake up the device. I got a project fi sim and everything works except the power button. It has been working great but I let the battery die last night, is there anyway to get the phone to boot without the power button? I tried an ADB reboot, but my computer doesn't even recognize that anything is plugged in when the power is off.
I actually bought another power/volume switch and installed it. It will work to power up the phone, but if I try and use it to turn the screen off, it gives me a prompt to turn off the phone and then about 5 seconds later it reboots. I decided that was worse than a completely broken switch, so I but the broken one back in. I'm going to buy one more switch to see if I get the same behavior. I was just wondering if anybody has seen this behavior before?

Access SD-Card (formatted as internal storage) via USB or Filebrowser App?
Hi P9000 users!
I had now time to test some stuff with my P9000. One question: I inserted a Sandisk 128 GB SDXC Card (UHS) and formatted as internal Storage (want to move apps). Worked fine for the Phone and i was able to move apps to the SD. But after connecting Phone to USB (via MTP & unlocked phone) it only shows 32 GB internal SD. Also via File Explorer app on the phone i cannot find the external SD or mountpoint....
Anyone with same issue? :confused: I also changed connection-type to USB and then my OS (Win 10) does not open phone file system at all.

Worked fine for the Phone and i was able to move apps to the SD. But after connecting Phone to USB (via MTP & unlocked phone) it only shows 32 GB internal SD. Also via File Explorer app on the phone i cannot find the external SD or mountpoint....
Anyone with same issue? :confused: I also changed connection-type to USB and then my OS (Win 10) does not open phone file system at all.

Low FPS on Google Now cards
I've noticed when comparing this watch to others in a similar spec range that their now cards swipe up and down the screen lag-free at a good 60fps while the zw2 chugs along at times. Don't get me wrong, this watch it great, but it tends to lag here and only here on my unit. Any solutions?

P8 Lite ALE-CL00 works only in 2G.
Hello. I have a Huawei P8 Lite ALE-CL00.
I insreted my 4G sim card but it did not work in 4G.
I thought first it was an unlocking problem. I used DC-UNLOCKER and i unlocked the phone. It acxepts the sim card bunt does not work in 3D/4G.
Automaticly roaming is activated and the phone works only in 2G.
What is the problem?
Can anyone say something about this?

Sim unlock problème
I have g2 (recently purshased)......model on the back said d802 and setting did too
I tried to flash with autorec i briked my phone
To unbrick i used the motherboard metode and tot file but as i open the device the mother board name was ls980
.. I tried the d802 tot and i got bootloop so reflashed ls980 file using skrtool and used ls980 tot. Phone stared and i even got lollipop but problem is sim card and nfc
Nfc is not detected but sim is invalidat.
If fixed in futer will i be able to flash cloudy rom or g5 rom on my device

Does the Knox tripped/rooted Note 4 suffer deep sleep issues like the Note 5 on MM?
I saw that there's issues with deep sleep on Knox-tripped Note 5 running Marshmallow and that it's been fixed/worked around, but I've not heard if this is an issue for the Note 4.

D855 boot loop help please!
Hi so im new to rooting in general and not too long ago i rooted my phone and today i stupidly tried to update to marshmallow using lg tool .once it was done it goes up to optimising apps then boot loops. I was wondering is there any way to solve this problem without deleting my data and would a factory reset solve this problem?

Increase volume of your Xperia
First of all your device has to be ROOTED and you should to have installed "Root Explorer"
1.- Open your App "Root Explorer"
2.-Go to System->ETC and search for "Mixer_paths.xml" file
3.- Keep pushing untill it shows you a menu, slide down untill "Edit" option and click
4.- Slide down and look for "HEADPHONES" and change "HPHL Volume" value "19" to "20" and "HPHR Volume" value "19" to "20"
"R1X Digital Volume" Value="84" to 94" and "R2X Digital Volume" Value="84" to "94"
5.- Slide down and look for "HEADPHONES - REGULATION" and do the same change "HPHL Volume" value "19" to "20" and "HPHR Volume" value "19" to "20"

Phone only half-rooted after Kingroot rooting, can't unroot.
Hello, so basically I've rooted my phone. The root test says the phone is rooted, but some apps that require root don't work (some do). I found out it could be caused by half root. I was not satisfied with it, so I tried to remove the Kingroot app along with the root, but the app reports an error every time. However, the Kingroot app has become "untouchable". It transformed into system app and I can't delete it, because the half root doesn't allow me to do that. I can't even manually delete the su files in root. How can I solve this? I don't have an unlocked bootloader, and I don't even want to, if the situation will allow it. I just want to go back to unroot status (realised it was a mistake trusting in one click root :D).

Help! HTC One M8 firmware/ROM issue - Wifi won't switch on and SIM not detected.
I hope someone can help.
My M8 messed up a while back and got stuck on the boot screen - Android would load and I could hear notifications coming through but the screen only displayed the white HTC loading image. I left it for hours and nothing changed. I could swipe down to see volume controls and holding the power button allowed me to turn off and restart. Factory reset did not fix the problem so I headed for recovery. I've rooted HTC and Samsung devices in the past without issues and thought that flashing a stock image would fix things but here I got a bit lost.
I couldn't reach stock recovery so I unlocked the bootloader and flash TWRP. From here I rather foolishly deleted far too much from the phone - cache/system/data - and so I now had no OS on the phone rather than a faulty OS. From here I downloaded and flashed a GPE ROM and got the phone back running but it would not detect my SIM card. At this point I could use Wifi but having tracked down the right stock recovery for the phone (I think) and flashed it, I now have working Android but no Wifi or SIM detected.

How does my xt1225 have Marshmallow?
I just picked up this phone on eBay from a seller in Puerto Rico. The phone has Marshmallow, which I didn't think much of it until I came here and saw people complaining about not getting updates on the phone. Got me wondering if my phone has an official update or if the previous owner flashed an "unofficial" ROM. Any way to tell?

BOGO Lumia 950 with purchase of 950 XL - Slashing inventory?
So the Lumia 950 is being thrown in if you buy the 950 XL from the Microsoft store here in the US and Canada. I went ahead and bought my first White smartphone and intend to sell the 950 on eBay. Do you think this is because of retailers returning unsold product, or genuinely a promotions? I've never seen Buy a MacBook Pro get a MacBook Air deal. That is nearly an ignorant statement, so bear with me here. What do you think? More price slashing to come? I suppose they do it to get two Lumias into two hands rather than one Lumia in one hand for less, as they still have a stock surplus? Besides, I suppose they aren't directly caving on the price this way?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of any edits (rooted) I can make that would allow the stock MM (6.0.1) to give me all available languages rather than just the stock? I'm looking to add Japanese to my list of languages -- system wide that is, not just input -- but no matter what I do, it only gives me the stock languages. I've tried More Locale which doesn't release the languages to me and Language Enabler. I would love the native Japanese system language and well, the option to use any language I want.
EDIT: Deleting and changing the language.xml in System/csc doesn't work for me either.

[Guide][Difficulty: Intermediate] Dynamic pop-up menu for any number of items
What is this
This is a menu in which the height is dynamically adjusted to fit the number of items. It is also semi-transparent. For the full effect, see the sample screenshots below.
If there are too many items in your menu to fit on the screen, then you can scroll through the menu.
In portrait view it shows only one column. In landscape view, it shows only one column if it can fit all the items in one column, otherwise it divides all the items equally between two columns, so you can end up with two columns that can each be scrolled through.

How to use this
Import the attached profile into Tasker.
To use this, run the attached task and send a list of your keywords separated by three commas ,,, as parameter 1, and set any custom variable as the return variable. In my task in the screenshots, I use %selected_item as the return variable in my sample screenshots. Having three commas as the separator allows you to make menu entries that contain a comma in them, such as the mobile network selection menu in one of my screenshots.
You can optionally send a single ignored keyword as parameter 2. If you tap on something that matches parameter 2, then the menu will not close and will only flash an alert message asking you to select something else. This is useful for making separators in the menu, like the ---------- in my screenshots below.
A 'Cancel' button is automatically added to the top of the list.
If you press the Back button, then "Back" (without quotes) is returned by the task. This is useful if you decide to nest a number of menus within each other. You can then use an if condition to check whether the returned variable matches "Back", and if it does, you can use a Goto to send the task to a higher level menu's starting point.

Purchased a galaxy s3 for straight talk with cyanogenmod on it.
I bought a galaxy s3 for straighttalk from some one cuz it was really cheap. I want to remove cyanogenmod from it because the camera doesn't work and I can't save pictures. They didn't back up though so when I factory reset it, it brings it right back to cyanogenmod. How do I get the original OS for the s3 back on it? Im new to this kind of stuff so I didn't even know where to look on the forums here. And the person I bought it from is no help, I think they didn't even know how they really did it. Can some one help me or point me in the right direction please?

Spotify issue
Getting some interference on Spotify - little glitchy noises like static. Seems to happen when I move through different Wi-Fi zones or when the phone is doing something else like Web browsing - even happens on downloaded songs. Any ideas?

I've already gave Samsung a piece of my mind on the topic, but one or a few persons isn't going to do it.
here's some facts to know beforehand:
SM-P600: Note 10.1 2014 Edition WIFI-ONLY (much older than Note Pro) received 5.1.1 update for various regions between early December 9th and January 16th
SM-T900: Tab Pro 12.2 WIFI-ONLY (same release date, cheaper product / lower paying customers) also received 5.1.1 updates Dec. 9 - Jan 16th
first, download the Samsung+ app if you don't have it already. go to the Support or Help Section, and start a Video Chat call (yes it works on Wi-Fi only). by default, the camera on your tab is off, if you wish for them to see you, you'll have to manually toggle it on during the call so don't worry about that. the video chat is U.S. based and almost always gets you a fluent English speaking agent capable of an intelligent conversation. the regular phone line is more likely to land you in India or Mexico and no speak ingles thank you for choose Samsung business appreciate come again byebye! or tangle you up in departments that either have no involvement in software support or have no way to pass along your thoughts.
next, proceed to complain either politely or passionately, whichever fits your fancy, about the lack of updates for (give the exact model number SM-P900) our tab.
be prepared, they will try in many ways to tell you there's nothing they can do or redirect the conversation to have you go check for newer software / how to check for newer software so they can get you off the call. we already know what the newest is and how to check. we're not stupid! Metro PCS - Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime or HTC Desire 626
I'm not a giant phone nut, but I assume like everyone, I like a solid working phone. I'm currently using a Galaxy Core Prime (it came free when I switched from Verizon). It's having issues with the touchscreen...it doesn't recognize your finger touching the screen. So it's time for a new phone. So I go to the Metro store, explain my problem, and when I go to show the guy my phone suddenly works again! WTF! I'm not taking a chance on just keeping this one cuz it's probably only a matter of time before it stops working again. Anyways, the best two phones available at the Metro store (well best two based on price) are the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and HTC Desire 626. Neither get great reviews (as I expected) on CNET. The best thing I read was that CNET referred to the Grand Prime as the best entry level Android, or the best one for under $200; I forget which quote they wrote.
Anyways, like I said, I'm not on my phone that often. I'm not a gamer. I mostly watch YouTube and streaming movies, as well as, listen to my music library. I, like everyone, want a decent battery. One of the review sites mentioned some sort of glitch with the Grand Prime where around the 30 day mark, a black splotch appears on the screen. They said it was a glitch that all of them have, so you can't "luck out" and get one that it doesn't happen with. How much truth is there to this? It was also saying that it has a very dim display and it's hard to read in the sun. Could it be worse than the Core Prime I currently have?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially from someone who owns/owned one of these two phones.

Black screen after HTC startup logo please help!

I was trying to install the Bad Boyz Sprint ONE M8 ROM 6.0 Sense 7 v4.0 one of the requirements was that i should update my firmware to 6.20.651.3 so I did, with the hboot method, everything said ok ok but after rebooting I get a black screen after the HTC logo, can anybody please help me:confused: I think i bricked it :( I tried getting in recovery but doest work, with tried with fastboot tried RUU and FUU but I get an error related that I cant reach my cellphone from my computer. help me please

N910U signal fluctuations after marshmallow

Usb Wlan doesn't work - RTL8187

I need your help.
I installed on my samsung galaxy note 12,2 kali-sana-linux with linuxdeploy
Now i need install my awus036h with RTL8187.
when i connect this wifi via otg cabel, i can see it in lsusb. Realtek RTL8187
But i cannot see it in ifconfig or iwconfig
I only see my internal wifi on wlan0
In dmesg is nothing
In rfkill list is all with NO
When i write modprobe, lsmod or something for module i become error mesage :libkmod :ERROR ../libkmod/libkmod-module.c:1638 kmod_module_new_from_loaded:could not open /proc/modules: No such file or directory. ERROR: could not get list of modules: No such file or directory

Un- Root - Odin issues
Bought a Note 5, and now sold my phone, but buyer wants it back to stock. I rooted the phone with King Root, worked without a hitch, and have never run an ROM's, just ran stock 5.1.1 OTA update. I've restore phones in the past back to stock, never had problem like this.
I tried (3) versions of Odin, different ports on my PC, couple of different USB drivers. Odin 9 and 10 but immediately failed using stock firmware file. I then tried Odin 1.85 using Pit / JFLTE_USA_ATT_16G, and another stock firmware file, and had success / passed. But according to directions, I was suppose to unplug the USB cable at Pass, and at Samsung logo remove the battery. I wasn't paying attention, and while connecting, the phone booted without issue to new phone / account menu. I then restarted the phone, and it was still showing Samsung with the unlocked padlock symbol, suggesting it still was rooted. I then tried to run Odin 1.85 files again, this time around it would get part way through and Fail. Now it seems Odin might have bricked my phone, now it just goes to screen saying "Firmware upgraded encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies& try again.". I've used Kies in the past to back up phones, update firmware a few times, but never had much luck with the app when it came to recovery. I've tried different cables, different ports, same results.
Any suggestions as where to go from here, or what to try next? I have been unable to get the phone in download mode via home, vol. up, and pwr button.
Before the above issue, I was able to see the device in "This PC", I can see both the device storage, and my SD card. Now my PC not recognizing the phone when plugged in.

Hi,
Does anyone know how to get the icade cabinet controller working on said tablet, or if it's even possible?
I have successfully paired the device with my tab s2 and shows as a recognised device. When paired, the touch screen keyboard doesn't appear on text input as expected, but apps such as mame don't appear to respond to it.
I have successfully paired and used other Bluetooth input devices on this tab, and the icade works on my old iPad.
Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance.

Smart stay not working
Hi all of you.. i have galaxy note 5 .. no root..just update to marshmallow.. its working fine .. but i notice that.. smart stay icon doesn't appear.. i enable it an disable it .. still not appear.. in matters of fact its doesn't work at all .. is this normal ??

This morning I had 170B with root and I decided to put the new 330B.
So I flashed with ADB the files extracted from the original 121B package: BOOT.IMG, CUST.IMG, RECOVERY.IMG, CACHE.IMG AND SYSTEM.IMG.
Everything fine with the exception of SYSTEM.IMG: - error: cannot load 'system.img' -
So I tried with the version 100B but same problem.
I cannot more go inside the bootloader even if I flash the TWRP back. I tried running cmd as administrator and I also tried to add -S 512M when flashing.
I searched in the hole WWW but coulnt find anything that solves my problem...

Xposed Installer on S5 Neo (SM-G903F) 5.1.1 Possible?
I'm sorry, this has surely been answered somewhere but after spending most of my day trying to get Secure Settings working on Lollipop and a few more hours reading about the trouble rovo89 had with bootloops on Samsungs I'm totally confused. His thread didn't say he'd solved the issue but I found a couple of other threads that looked like they'd tried fixing it but I couldn't find anything specific for my phone model.
I have a freshly rooted Galaxy S5 neo running stock 5.1.1. and I have no idea if it's odexed or not (I used the Chainfire method to root). Can I use Xposed Installer on this? If so, where is the download please?

Updated to MM - now get error "Google play services won't run unless you update..."
As soon as I updated to MM i started getting this. I force shutdowned google play services then disabled it (thus deleting all its updates), re-enabled it and it allowed me to update to the latest version, but i still get this error over and over
anyone else have this problem? anyone find a solution?

Wifi stops working after phone is idle for some time
Whenever my phone is idle for a certain amount of time, I don't get any notifications. So I turn my phone on, turn my wifi off then on again and everything returns to normal. Any idea what could be causing this?

download mode problem
i have lg g2 ls980 and it works perfectly, there are two problems with it, it is rooted phone with firmware d80220c
1- it does not enter to download mode pressing v+ and plug usb cable
2- it also does not enter to custom recovery but enter to stock recovery with power button + v-

Anyone having delayed push notification on S7?
Hi,
I have a S6 and like others see thread http://ift.tt/1Vy3TLe i have sometimes delay notifications. And no .. it is not doze or smart battery optimization as they have been turned off for gmail, typeapp, etc
The app notifications work pretty good but sometimes, nothing and then take my phone and the notifications arrive as soon as the screen is on. Some say Samsung bug, some Wifi ipv6 problem etc .. so nobody really knows why.
Do you have the same problem with the S7 (edge or not)? I would like to upgrade but that concerns me. Do you have delayed notifications sometimes or is it just 100% working as intended?

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3[MTK] Lost Recovery mode, USB Debugging not showing on device
Hello, I tried some Stable miui modded ROM version on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 with locked bootloader with using SP Flash Tool and what I did was, i kept Recovery ticked in the process of flashing ROM as seen on the picture below (no preloader was ticked, picture is just a sample):
My problem is I think I lost Recovery mode, I can`t turn on Recovery mode, only Flashboot mode on my device.

Allshare cast dongle
Hey, im not sure its the right place to post it so if not please let me know or move it to the right one.
Im trying to connect it to my monitor but my monitor only supports a 720P transmission so it crushed as soon as i mirroring.
i have searched for hours on the internet and i was unable to find how to change or even open the Allshare cast dongle settings..
Maybe there is any option on My Galaxy S5 to change the mirror resolution?
Any help will be Greatfull!

Bluetooth Connected - No Sound
Hey everyone,
I've seen a few mentions of this issue but would like to have a thread to specifically discuss it and maybe find a resolution.
After pairing a bluetooth music device for the first time it will play just fine.
Come back some time later, the device reconnects automatically but no sound will play (even though your music app shows that the track is playing).
Turn off bluetooth, or just disable media streaming for the device, turn back on/reenable and sound comes back.
This is an extremely annoying issue that wasn't present on my last Android 5.x.x device. I'll forget about it until I'm driving and then have to wait until I stop to safely restart bluetooth.
Please let's keep this topic reserved for this specific bluetooth issue. If you have a different issue please start another thread.

Tmobile M919 S4 Problem Unlocking due to Flashed Radium Lollipop 5.11
As best as I can determine the only way I can unlock the phone is to revert to the original kit-kat, unlock the phone, then reflash lollipop. I've spent hours with no luck trying all the other alternatives. My conundrum is I really could not be more pleased with my current setup. I never flashed a rom before and it took me a month to be happy with it. It was primarily proximity issues.
My question is can one completely backup the phones current state, do the reflash+ unlocking and then reinstall lollipop to the state it was when backed up.
I have the tmobile unlock codes, etc.

How to move the sheep?
- click on the lane above or below the sheep to move it up and down respectively.
- click on the same lane, left or right of the sheep to move it left and right respectively
There are two different lifelines to help the player reach higher level.
Blue Star - if the sheep is successful in picking the Blue Star, all the cars will stop at their current location.
Yellow Star - if the sheep is successful in picking the yellow Star, speed of all the cars will slow down.
Remember, you have only 15 secs to move the sheep from one end to the other, Ready to accept the challenge???
