Cannot root using SuperSU zip

I just got a nexus 7 2013 off swappa and flashed it to stock. I want to root this and use xposed but the supersu zip makes the device just hang on the bootanimation. I can get TWRP installed just fine, but I can't root. Already tried making more space in the system partition.

Google Play Books?

Can someone point me in the right direction please? I'm looking for info regarding installing Google Play Books on my wife's Gen 3 KFire HD operating Fire OS 4.5.5.1

I rooted today using KingRoot.

Ideally, if possible, I'd like to stay with the stock OS since it's my wife's. Simplicity.

I have disabled the OTA update file.

Moto G 2nd Gen Sim unlock

Hi,

I'm sorry if this is a bit redundant, I've tried looking for answers online but I keep getting mixed results, there's alot of terms that the word "unlock" goes with and I just can't seem to find a straight forward answer.

Can the Moto G 2nd Gen be sim unlocked in the sense that a samsung s4 or a galaxy ace can be? When I unlocked those other phones, all I had to do was root it and use some app or import a file on an sd card which unlocked the phone for me or provided me with an unlock code to use.

Can the Moto G 2nd gen be unlocked without actually buying a unlock code from a provider?

HTC Weather App for Note 5

I tested this on my note 5 and everything works perfectly, even the sounds. I love the weather animations and wish i could do live wallpaper but this is great. My wife got the v10 today and i said F it im trying this.

Just follow the instructions. There is no modifying the system so no damage is caused if you mess up. But how could you if you follow instructions?

Working Wallet Case w/Battery Pack? For Note 3 and 4?

I can't seem to find a wallet case with a battery power pack specifically for the Note 4, anywhere on the Internet. Does anyone think the ones for the Note 3 will work for the Note 4?

Adoptable Storage and replacement phone

My phone started rebooting constantly during calls and t-mobile replaced it, I am using a 64gb SD card as adoptable storage, when I got the new phone and inserted the SD card, it said the card is not recognized, I put it back in the old phone and it works fine. I assume it's because it's encrypted to the old phone.
Is there a way to make the new phone recognize it without reformatting and restoring or buying another one and doing the adoptable storage first and then transferring?

this is a deal breaker for adoptable storage for me if I can't transfer without restore or without a second card in the new phone.
Called Samsung and T-mobile and they are both clueless.

Annoying google message when listening to music.

These Sony headphones have been driving me nuts other than they have good quality sound. Whenever I listen to music in Spotify I keep getting this message "to use google voice search please unlock your phone" maybe 1-10 times in a row. It's so annoying because pauses my music and screams the message into my ears. I also have problems with songs skipping when this happens and I also think the culprit is the headphone button.

Any clues on disabling the message or the button?
