[Q] WPA_SUPPLICANT file restore from nandroid backup

Hello,

I formatted my rooted Galaxy S4 stock ROM to Cri5Barebonev3 with VoLtaqe Kernel.

I had taken a Nandroid backup of the stock ROM before format.

Now I need to restore the WI-FI profiles from the Nandroid backup to the new one.

So i extracted the '/data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf' file from the Nandroid backup ('data.ext4.tar.a' file) and copied all the network entries to
to the new ROM to the file '/data/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf' file .

The new AP's don't show and as I read, I need to restart the phone, but when I do so, somehow the wpa_supplicant.conf file returns to the original.

So I suspect the file gets auto generated on startup and the actual entries are saved somewhere else.

I couldn't find that file, neither by searching in the phone nor on the internet.

So where is that file and how can I restore the network entries.

Can someone please give a stock rom (marshmallow) of HTC One M9

Hi everybody, I have a HTC One M9 with bootloader unlocked and TWRP is installed on it but with S-ON. It's running on lollipop 5.1.
i could not gain S-OFF because i have to pay for it through sunshine application. But the problem is i am living in SENEGAL so there is no paypal. All the rom i have flashed fail to boot. I would like to get back to stock rom, unroot and relock the bootloader so that i can get the OTA update of marshmallow. but I could not find any stock marshmallow online for my phone. i would be very happy if someone can help me with a stock firmware. Here are the informations about my phone:

HTC ONE M9
CID: HTC_621 TWM TW
BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED
S-ON
CURRENTLY RUNNING ON ANDROID 5.1

Apps(not selected) Auto Install Even After A Factory reset

I am new to androidwear. I have installed latest MM update 6.0.1.

for first time I installed a lot of apps to watch.

had to factory reset due to low storage problem and android not responding only 100mb was left on watch

Couldnot remove apps from watch and phone. my phone was rebooting if I tried to uninstall

After new rom installation and installing again android wear. I only restored few apps back for watch on my phone via titanium.

Strange is that all apps previously before factory restore have again auto installes and I have just 500mb free on watch again

I have searched google. xda everywhere all threads here but I have failed to understand why all apps are auto installing

Does Cloudsync auto restores android wear apps from cloud??

I have apk files for android wear like apps and watches stored on my external storage does Android Wear autoinstalls it from there

My mind has gone crazy

why the apps which are not installed on my phone
and were present on my watch before factory reset
have started reappearing

is it due to clould sync or some settings on phone

or is it due to pressing "resync apps onwatch" option in android wear app on phone

I am new to android wear as I had previously gear s. Please please any help from anyone will be highly Appreciated

Soft-Bricked

When i did the OTA update, the device is bootlooping. Unfortunately i dont have an unlocked bootloader and have no way of unlocking it as the phone needs to restart to unlock the bootloader. It still stays locked after go to fastboot mode again. I have the stock image from google but have no way of flashing it. Is there anyway to unlock the bootloader without having to restart?
