[Q] SD card encrypted - How to recover?!?

My Z3+ was acting strange after OTA to android 6.0, so decided to repair with PC companion.

I did backup but didn't backed up SD card, at that moment I thought it wouldn't be necessary because repair doesn't delete anything.

And it's true but I completely forgot that my phone was encrypted, also the SD card.
So now I can't use my SD card files. Any one know if I can get encryption key from my backup? I know the unlock password but I suspect it uses another one that was on my old system :(

Disable/Change screen pattern on Moto X Style/Pure

This was posted earlier as well, did not generate any response perhaps due to poor title.

So in an absent minded spell I changed my screen pattern to a complicated one just to be more 'safe'. It hit me when i tried to unlock the phone seconds later that I had already forgotten the patter. . I know it is very stupid to **** around like that.
But silver lining is when the phone is paired with my Bluetooth headset the phone unlocks itself and I am able to go inside. This is due to Smart Lock feature which assumes my phone is safe when paired with Bluetooth headset.

But the main thing is I am not able to change the pattern itself as it asks for older pattern. I have read a lot of posts on how the pattern can be disabled by deleting gesture.key. It turns out getting super user permission to do that is very complicated. I have failed to change or disable the pattern so far.

Root Android N Emulator

Hi,

I am trying to root android N Developer preview Emulator, I have used SuperSu to achieve that and was successful.
Once the root is successful, when I softboot the emulator, Its going to the bootloop (only android boot animation is shown).
I have rooted the emulator using SuperSu-2.70 version.
Can anyone help me on this?

HTC M8 Sprint 831c Network/WiFi/Bluetooth Problem

I have HTC M8 Sprint 831c US unlocked mobile, recently i have updated my Device with Marshmallow. My mobile got some network issue, sometime i can not make a call and sometime my device is unreachable when device got full range. I have also WiFi / Bluetooth issues, I got weak signals. Please help me ......

OPT black screen stuck pressing pwr button

Hello,
my OPT won't dispaly anything.

When you press the pwr button the display ignites for a short time in dark grey and the blue buttons glow.
Then nothing comes to the screen, no andoird boot logo etc. Just a black screen.

You can connect it to PC it will identified correctly as a A0001.
Fastboot commands in fastboot mode is possible but you see nohting on the screen. recovery mode is just similar wehn you hiut the button combination it vibrates the display ignite for a short time drak gray then nothing appers.

When in fastboot mode and test OEM unlock the device's bootloader ist locked.

All combination with pwr button hit and Vol +/- no response , nothing shows at the screen is stays black

The Display is changed by a new one so a Dispayy error is not possible.

Mega unbrick guide passed through have the Oxygen image on it but after pressing pwr button nothing appears on the screen

Any Help for me possible. ?

[Q] Is it possible to return stock without loosing root?
