Xperia z1 stuck can't reboot

First of all this is my first thread here, I am using a Sony xperia z1 (c6902) I would want someone to help me out, yesterday I tried unlocking the bootloader on my phone using flashtool and using the same flashtool to flash twrp 2.8.7.0 here in lies the many problems
1. Every time I boot it enters twrp
2. I get an error where twrp is not able to mount /data
3. I am not able to enter flashboot
4. Neither am I seeing the Sony logo at startup
Pls guide me and help me fix this I haven't yet wiped any data so stock ROM must be there

Flash custom Kernel to force USB boot

Hi there,

my device supports by bios usb but no has its narrowinded uefi boot which does not offer usb boot. So I wish for a custom kernel which I can flash temporarly with for example fastboot and enforce an usb boot. I am pretty sure such thing exist and that I saw it in the past. But I dont remind any name. Does anyone a clue ?

Slo Mo lacking

So coming from an Xperia Z2 and also having played with my daughter's iPhone 6S, I was gutted when I started playing with LG's Slo Mo mode on the camera.

First thing is the whole clip is in slo mo. Slo mo video is so much better when mixed with standard speed video. Like watching somebody run at normal speed then slowing the video down as they do a mid air flip and then back to normal speed at the end. With LG you get a slow run, slow flip, slow finish, yawn.

Second is I can only play the slo mo clip in the LG video app. What? So if I want to share it, it's just a normal speed clip. It's pointless at this point to record things on friends request as they cannot watch in slo mo. At least have an export option, or like Sony have the original high frame rate video and the slow motion version to share.

Now I am really happy with the dual lens and manual mode of the G5, I'm just a little gutted on how basic LG have made the slo mo. Reading online some people talk about previous LG models having a slo mo similar that on the Xperias, if that's true then why such a lame effort for the latest phone?

Now I may be wrong so please feel free to tell I'm not using it right, I hope that's the case.

SM-N900V - OF1/OB6 Question

Hi guys,

I've rooted my phone, unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP recovery then flashed "cm-11-20160410-NIGHTLY-hltevzw.zip" (223.8 MB) from cyanogen mod download but it doesn't work well (really bad service).

I'm looking for a better ROM but I wonder if I can install OF1 ROMs with a SM-N900V (baseband version ending in OB6). More details: android version 4.4.4, Kernel 3.4.0.

What is the most stable ROM I could install on my phone? Thanks! :highfive:

Stuck on TWRP Logo

I'm on NPC91K and tried rooting following Heisenberg's Guide.

Unlocked my bootloader
Flashed the boot.img
Flashed twrp-3.0.2-0-angler.img

But when I boot into recovery, it just gets stuck at the logo?

Any ideas?
