CM13 on LG L7 II not showing feature:android.hardware.telephony

Hi, I recently install CM13 ROM in my LG L7 II, everything was OK until I tried to install some apps from PlayStore that require android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE or SEND_SMS or WRITE_SMS (for example Whatsapp, Textra, banking, etc.) and say my device is not compatible.

Obviously my phone has SIM and GSM and are working perfectly. In fact if I download the apks I can install them and they work fine. The only inconvenient is that I can't install them directly from the playstore.

If I list the features of my phone using "adb shell pm list features" the feature:android.hardware.telephony and feature:android.hardware.telephony.gsm are not listed.

It is possible to register them, in order to package manager or playstore became aware of those features that my phone does have?

Thank you
(I post here for help since the ROM thread is closed and there are no similar problem posted there)

Charging

I have s3 Neo i9301i.. from 4 months.
Before it charged well and fast but now the charging is annoying.
It take a lot of time to charge (3-4hrs) and while in use during charging it charges about 1% for 10minutes.
I am on Ciro rom v2....based on motion v17...
Could somebody give a fix ?

Do Not Disturb and Toast notifications

I have been looking everywhere trying to find a solution to this. I hope someone can help. I use Do Not Disturb mode when sleeping, as many do. However, while all the "noises" are stopped, I still get pop-up messages for email, texts, phone calls, etc. I have my phone set for priority mode, with only a few select numbers able to ring through. That works, but the pop-ups mentioned still come through. In a dark room, those pop-ups are VERY bright, even on a very small portion of the screen. I know I can turn them off within the apps, but I do use them when not sleeping. Is there a way around this, or am I stuck?

Thank you anyone!

LETV just released the MT6795 sourcecode for their devices

So heres the link
http://ift.tt/1SrBgP7

The question is how complete are these sources and what other drivers and modules are needed to get it up and running,

First of all is having a full compilable kernel that can boot, unlike the previous "kernel sources" for the X10 which were missing parts, incomplete and basicaly unsuable.

im thinking of running a usb directly from the camera to the otg adapter. then when i need it i just push the vcam button. not sure of other ways to do this.
