[Q] How can i make my App default sms app for Kitkat 4.4.2 to send sms

hello guys ,

I am trying to modify my Dad`s Company App. The app was in ".jar" and i used JAVA J2ME RUNNER app to run it as i converted .jar app to .apk using " netmite.com" site. till android ics i was working perfectly but after the sms changes done in kitkat this app is not working.

Can anyone please tell me how to do it. and the right code to make this app default sms app.

or if u can do it for me . its really very important for me i wanna give this app to my dad as his birthday present :).

I have also used apktool to modify cosmos.apk ,but nothing worked. But i have taken decoded manifest.xml file of the cosmos.apk got by using apktool.

[Q] Nexus 6 not recognized by pc after been fully wiped out

Hi guys

Really need urgent help on this one



I wanted to update my nexus 6 to latest5.0.1.

Usually i flash factory images but this time i tried to sideload. This is what i did.

I wanted to factory reset my phone and wipe everything and then side load. so i used TWRP and wiped by mistake the android OS. Now im left with nothing but twrp which also deleted my recovery file.

Now i can access my bootloader and twrp.

My main problem is that when i plug my phone to my pc it does not recognize it and i tried every possible way suggested by NRT tool to update my driver and no luck😢

When i plug it to the pc it charges and i get baloon message that pc did not recognized the device.

Im using original cable.



Any help is really appreciated

[Q] Bootloop Error - Info Inside

This is slightly unfortunate.



Today, my phone decided to say something about the NFC process not working, like it crashed. Over and over. The moment I hit OK, it appeared again. I couldn't even unlock my phone.



I then went to TWRP and went to factory reset, and the problem was still there. Odd. I must have messed up the NFC apk.

I then went to TWRP and tried to wipe the whole phone. I can't remember which button I hit, however it was either wipe or format. I don't think I hit format, but that's all that I can think I did to cause this.



Basically, at this point, I can turn my phone on to either fastboot mode or TWRP, but normal boot gets me stuck at at the 1+ : powered by android screen.

My phone isn't seen by my PC in adb devices or fastboot - presumably because I deleted my OS, and it can't be in USB Debugging if there's no OS to be in the mode? It's either this, or I can't get my PC to see my phone because of a driver issue. If anyone can direct me on the next step of getting my phone working, I'd be greatly appreciative. I have no cares for any data on the phone, I just want it working.

Galaxy s4 i9500 not booting up

Hello guys i am facing a problem with my samsung galaxy s4 i9500

My phone was always on stock frimware never rooted nothing wrong done with it

When lollipop came out in india (5.0.1) i decided to update it

When i updated it my phone downloaded a 4.3 version update first and when i installed the update it stucks on samsung logo and nothing else happens



I tried to factory reset by going into recovery using vol.up+home+power button but it does not open recovery screen rather the update begins to get install again and when it completes it shows error and device re boots and gets stuck again at samsung logo

Please tell me what to do

I am a complete noob so please try to be as brief as possible

Stock GPE Lolipop Wifi Issue (proper firmware)

Ok so I dev unlocked and s-offed my T-Mobile HTC One M8. I used a RUU file to install gpe lolipop firmware 3.19*** and the radio (it was rooted.) However my wifi constantly disconnects (it can connect) and battery life is horrible. What am I doing wrong here? I have a newer firmware I think 4.20.***? but it didn't flash via fastboot but I figured it shouldn't be a problem anyways since its the GPE firmware.
