[Q] Battery issue, liquid damage?

Got my Turbo on 3/19. On Tuesday morning, it was at 30%, despite spending the night on a TYLT wireless charger; it wouldn't charge on any source, including the Turbo charger that came with the phone. It shows a gray battery outline when a charger is plugged in; off the charger, it displays the gray battery outline with a small red band at the bottom, and a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in the middle.

I can't imagine there's any sort of water damage, unless it was from spilling some water on my shirt the day before; however, the exchange policy is making me paranoid, so I'm wondering if there's any way to check the liquid indicators inside the phone.

I also noticed that the "like new" replacement has an earlier build date than my first, new phone... and the installation of the ballistic nylon is wonky, so there are exposed rough edges. Will VZW swap out this POS?

Any indication that Quick Charge 2.0 is active?

Is there any kind of indication on the phone that Qualcomm quick charge 2. 0 is active when it is connected to a certified charger?

I bought both in AC and DC certified charger. both were very highly rated on Amazon. The AC charger for example is made by Anker.

The app Ampere reports a low milliamp rating of around 250mA when I am using either of these two chargers.

When I connect two different chargers that are not quick charge 2.0 certified then Ampere reports a charging current of upwards of 1800mA.

I suppose the issue could be Ampere, that it doesn't know how to measure when the quick charge technology is present. Does anyone have any direct experience with this to know what the issue is?

[Q] Stock Rom, Custom Recovery. Want OTA updates

Firstly, I would like to mention that I have been searching these forums for a few days and have found many threads that cover some of my questions. I am not savvy with all of this rooting and ROMs. There are so many versions of everything for the same HTC One M7, I don't know if I fit those answers or not.

The phone has been rooted and TWRP was installed. That is all that has been done to it according to my little research.

My goal is to get OTA updates. There is one that is popping up now but will not install. I think due to the lack of stock recovery.

I have no intentions of selling or sending off for warranty issues. (That question was asked in a similar thread)

If I can avoid custom ROMs and just have the phone be "normal" that would be great. If I can't, that's okay too.

Thank you for taking the time to read and help. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I will leave the normal info under this. Please keep in mind. I am not smart with all of this but can follow instructions and find the right treads pretty well. Thanks again.

Well. May not be rooted. I just left recovery and it gave the option to root and install superuser. Also, in the bootloader there is an option for "FACTORY RESET". Though I am not doing anything until I hear from you guys. I know it was rooted at one point. May have recovered to before the root.

Also its a Developer Edition. I saw there was some confusion about that on a different thread.

How long has LMY47I been out? Noticed that build out for factory image.

Is there anything significant fixed from the D build?
