[Q] Change charging animation (offline)

In reference to http://ift.tt/1GBOi4x I would like to know if there is a way to change the charging animation when phone is shut down.



Maybe it's not that easy as the Boot animation is, but it must be possible, cause CM did it.



May there be an answer.
