[Q] kitchen ROM HP HX2000

Hi guys, I'm trying to cook a ROM for my HP HX2495b. I wanted to know where to start, try a Russian ROM change the language to Spanish with files "23563_All-Res_All-Lang" does not work, throws error "Given the key was ...". Someone could give me some advice where to start or how do I get to build a ROM in Spanish. Thank You
