Samsung G900F reboot when playing games

Hello, my galaxy S5 G900F reboots aboute 80% times when im playing games like Real R3,Asphalt8 its freez aboute 2 sec and reboot after that, never did that when not playing,and i dont think that due to a high temp because one time when just lunch real racing 3 it freez and reboot. The phone was cold (standby)

Not rooted running on 4.4.2 oficial room

Any idea? Plz help
