I've narrowed this down to possibly a hardware issue since I've gone from stock 4.4.4 rom, to custom firekat rom, to now stock lolipop and the result is the same.
When using speaker phone, or conference calling (such as skype), my microphone is completely muted. To my understanding and according to this link, The note 4 has 3 microphones. The one at the top near the audio jack is the one used when using speaker phone and I believe that one on my phone is broken.
My questions are, has anyone else ran into a similar issue?
Has anyone repaired the top mic on the note 4 and knows exactly what to look for, or what part to order?
Is there a program that can switch default mic as per program, like how you could in windows if you have multiple audio devices running?
