Tmobile.... Issues?

Hey all, i just got a one plus one, i came from a nexus 5. Well, the first thing i noticed with the oneplus was my signal is just jumping up and down all over the place. Now, im not really sure if its a big deal yet because despite the LTE signal in the status bar jumping up and down, i still have service and everything seems to work. But, if i go into settings and check the dbm it is fluctuating, maybe from 89 to 95dbm. Now, if i recall correctly, i believe my n5 would do the same, but my lte icon wouldnt be jumping up and down all the time, even when just sitting in one spot. What do you guys think? Just a icon glitch? Or do you think its the phone?
