Anyone RMA'd for bootloop and has them save your data/pictures? Support Chat Said Yes

Wondering if anyone has had their bootlooping g4 (specifically att h810) RMA repaired and also had their data/pictures saved? A support person on LG's online support chat said that they would save the pictures and contacts (only) if requested and if it was possible. I could care less about fixing the phone, I just want the photos. Anyone had luck with this? So far the freezer has not worked for me.
