How do I install a KitKat Rom on my LG G2 D802 which is currently on CM 13 ?

I am on 6.0.1 .

The rom I want to install is OptimusG3 Rom Final { http://ift.tt/1r5TWW8 }

Is it possible to get back easily by wiping everything and simply installing this rom ?
