Google, Microsoft and Comcast Oppose Qualcomm and Verizon's LTE-U Proposal

LTE-U was originally developed by Qualcomm but lately it has seen a massive push by wireless carriers like Verizon. The new system would allow carriers to utilize unlicensed spectrum (like WiFi’s 5GHz band) to help improve the mobile experience. However, tech companies like Google, Microsoft and Comcast (among others) oppose such technology as they feel it will disrupt the customer’s pre-existing WiFi networks.

Temasek’s CM13 Available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3

A custom CyanogenMod 13 build is available for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It’s a version developed by XDA Recognized Contributor temasek, which contains lots of useful features unavailable in default CM builds. The ROM is provided by XDA Senior Member DrawnToLife, If you are still using Samsung Galaxy Note 3, go ahead and give it a shot!
