Evan Blass is at it again and this time he brings us a couple of photos of the unreleased 10-inch Kindle Fire from Amazon. We know that the company is working on a new version of Fire OS and the launcher we see in the leaked images look very close to stock Android.

Samsung Patents a New Hinge System for a Foldable Device

We already know that OEMs like Samsung and LG are working on bendable and foldable displays for upcoming smartphones and tablets. A new patent from Samsung reveals a unique hinge type system that will keep the internal hardware protected while still allowing the device(and screen) to be folded. This could be the actual system they use for such an upcoming device.

The cloud-based Android smartphone from Nextbit looks to be a hit. After reaching their initial funding goal of $500,000 in only 10 hours, the company has been able to double that and bring in $1,000,000 so far. The campaign will continue until October 1st where you can reserve one of your very own for $349.

LG Teases ‘Something New’ for a September 21st Unveiling

LG has posted up a flyer image of an upcoming device they are planning to announce on September 21st. @onleaks believes this device will be called the LG Class and that it will be a mid-range smartphone. This could be the mid-range spec’d LG device that we recently saw appear in a GFXBench entry with the model number H740.
