Acer Iconia tab A1-840 not run rom

H! I need help my Acer iconia tab a1-840 not run android systems, I try to install a new rom using rom manager, it reboot for recovery and not did anything only a blank screen with letters white and yellow indicate like this:

blk4 :hardisk - Alias (null)



press esc in 1 seconds to skip startup.sh, any other key to coninue.
