C2005 - CM11nightly 20150119 - Security function: "Encrypt phone" error !!

Hi,

CM11 Nightly- nicki 20150119, Android 4.4.4 working fine on my Xperia M dual sim (C2005) mobile phone with 2 sim cards activ.



BUT,

if I activate the Security function "Encrypt Phone" to protect my dates on the phone

I only can use sim card1. There is no way to use sim card2 any longer!



After a "Factory data reset" the phone will work again with 2 sim cards active, but without the "Encrypt Phone function" active.



Any help to fix this bug?

Noise cancellation clips out voice

Hi Folks:



I love my Moto X 2014. However, when my wife calls me from her Moto X 2014 I can hardly hear what she says sometimes. Here voice gets lowered/amplified dynamically depending on how she holds the phone. It seems that noise cancellation is somehow considering her voice background noise and clips it out. She has the same issue when using my phone (on the same carrier), so it's not the network/the specific handset. Has anyone else experienced this? Are there known solutions to the issue? Morotorla blames third-party apps and/or the network, but we have experienced this on both phones out of the box on KitKat and Lollipop.

Facebook Embedded YouTube Videos Broken - CyanogenMod 11.0 20150131

Just updated from 20150108 to 20150131. (CyanogenMod 11.0 20150131)



I have an issue with Embedded YouTube videos have sound but no video.



I had this issue in both 20150108 & 20150131



Can anyone help?

[Q] How to turn ON screen when conencted to HDMI

I recently bought Isun 407 3G tablet and connected to my TV using HDMI cable.

When connecting, The Screen automatically turns OFF. I need the screen to stay ON.

Turning off the screen while playing videos is alright. but I need to do google search while connected.

The tablet runs on Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean).

On searching there are ways to turn off the screen but i need the inverse.

Pls help.

firmware help please

Hi, I have a samsung s4 9505. as it's a spare I decided to play arOundle with the firmware so I installed the latest stock one. Its now locked to EE. Is there any firmware / Rom that I can install without it being tied to ee. If so , where can I download it from. Do any of you guys have one. I am uk based. I have tried the unlock method that I found on the net. By keying in *#0011# but I can't get the service menu up to change it. I had a insurance claim on my other phone and that give you the choice to use whoever you want. Is there a way of cloning that one and putting it onto my s4. There both S4 9505.

Dual Sim

Has anyone used one of the dual sim adapters with their Nexus 4?

I bought one off ebay and it arrived this morning. Fitted it and it wont switch between sims, every time I select the second sim it reverts to no1.

d80020y issues getting recovery flashed

New to the G2 world, unit just came in yesterday, rooted with stump root brute force. Worked well, got busybox, flashify, sqlite, and tibu all working. Tried to flash twrp 2.8.5.0 in flashify and think I fubared my recovery. When I try to boot into recovery using quickboot, I get white text up top



ERROR: boot certification verify



Secure boot failure



Then screen quickly goes black, from there I can hold power button and reboot, only issue when booting phone, upon unlock I get com.google.process.location has stoped, otherwise phone seems to function perfectly. Any help would be very much appreciated. Don't want to screw it up anymore.
