Cant make calls or hear sound or watch video on Galaxy S4 1337M Bell

Hello, i flashed my phone a bunch of times, first with cyangenmod then back to stock then back to cyangenmod because wifi wouldn't work but it works with cyangenmod. Anyway, I cant make calls, watch video or hear anything on my galaxy s4 1337m. Please help!
