[Q] Tracer Oxygen GS4 download mode

Hello.

I am owning Tracer Oxygen GS4 and phone is stuck on tracer logo screen.

I am trying to flash rom via fastboot or stock recovery but it isn't working and i can't get into download mode to flash rom via flashtool, can someone tell me how to get into download mode?
