can't reUNlock bootloader - Sprint

first unlock (htcdev) went ok after i locked it for flashing stock ruu, i was unable to reunlock again. fastboot shows:

E:\HTC A9>fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)... OKAY
writing 'unlocktoken'... (bootloader) flash unlocktoken
(bootloader) [KillSwitch] : /dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/frp

i flashed recovery but if i try to flash supersu or boot img patcher no result!
