Hey guys, I've had my unlocked T-Mobile g2 for almost a year and now it seems to be a hardware issue with the headphone jack. Sometimes when I plug it in both sides of the headphones are working. Sometimes just the left side. Sometimes it works at first then fades over to only left side then the right side fades back on randomly.
The left side always work but the right side has problems. I've sprayed compressed air into the Jack and confirmed its not the headphone by using my other 2 backup headphones and using my headphones on my old iPhone.
I was running Resurrection remix 5.5.6 when it started happening but currently using crdroid for testing whether it was a software issue but the same thing happens.
I'm wondering if there is anyway to reconnect the Jack if its loose or should I replace it. Im not good with soldering so if then I'll just live with it until in get another phone. Im a little experienced with taking phones apart as I have replaced iPhone and iPod screens before so I don't mind doing it myself.
