Help! Selected network (Globe) unavailable

Hi! I have just installed resurrection remix marshmallow with a build date of april 9 2016. The problem is that i could not connect to any network. I tried manually connecting to network operator via settings but it could not connect. IMEI is still intact. Do you think i need to flash via odin a new modem? If so what kind of modem. I need help. Thanks in advance
