How Can I go from Cyanogen Mod 13 release to Cyanogen OS 13?

Hello Guys,

I tried , Wipe then to reflash Cyanogen (cm-12.1-YOG7DAS2K1). This to be able to flash incremental OTA (COS 13)
but, it keep reboot, so I restore my backup and now I'm back at cm-13.0-20160406-SNAPSHOT-ZNH0EAO2B1-find7s.zip.

Do you know How can I do ti?
