[FXZ][OTA]Nexus 6 Recovery Flashable Fastboot Files (Unlocked Bootloader Only)

Here are update zip format full fastboot files for all known variants of 5.1...



Usage is very simple:



On device:

Copy update zip to internal storage

Reboot into recovery

Wipe system, cache, and dalvik-cache (data wipe is optional)

Install zip

Profit



Note: when you go to reboot, twrp will warn that there is no system installed.

This is NORMAL; the system image is created on first boot.



On pc:

Place update zip in a directory

Place adb binary (and dll files if using Windows) in the same directory

Enable usb debugging on device

Reboot into recovery

Plug device into usb port

In recovery, go to adb sideload (under advanced)

Open terminal in the directory you just created (shift + right click > open terminal if using Windows)

In terminal, enter the following:

Make sure your device is listed

In recovery under adb sideload, slide the slider to start sideload mode

In terminal, enter the following:

adb sideload (name of update.zip)
