Hey guys figured I would share my experience with T-Mobile and their partnership with gogo.
Ad many of you know we are allowed free text messaging inflight on most airlines now with T-Mobile. However I have had some difficulty getting the feature to work. After contacting customer support while in flight they took me through the troubleshoot process. When they were unable to get it working they immediately offered me free in flight internet access. Now this is my 9th flight in 10 days and and every time I have received free internet. This is for any airline partnered with gogo.
So when ever you are in flight go through the troubleshoot with customer ( obviously do not tell them it is working) and they will immediately give you free internet access.
