I have recently been going out of my mind as when ever I was unlocking my phone Flickr or Pen up would keep opening.. In fact I would sometimes have 8 - 10 pages open for Flickr or Penup open in my browser.
I finally solved why this was happening.. It was the lock screen, I selected " my interest" in the lock screen that continously had random pictures. Revolving Once I tuned off my interest and now problem solved.
