[Q] android 4.0.4 orginal apks needed

i have limited tablet. no google launcher no play services no play store and not have orginal settings.apk. setings menu dont have reset device. device cant wipe via menu. only fastboot wiping thıs devıce. but device uncativing. i want clear rom please help.
