I just went from a Verizon HTC One M8 that I had unlocked and was s-off which means I could flash at will any ROM I wanted in TWRP. Before that, I had a HTC Rezound that unlocked and S-off.
Now I have the 850 LG-G3 on ATT. I rooted it and installed a bumped TWRP. I'm still not clear on what bumped means unless it has something to do with the bootloader.
When I flash a ROM here do I have to flash the boot image as another step because I know how to do that because my old HTC Rezound was not always s-0ff.
Or does that mean I don't.
