[Q] WWE difference?

I'm new to the M8 and have been trying to figure out the difference between the normal and WWE versions. I searched around and found that WWE stands for World Wide English but couldn't find much on what the difference would be.



I am currently on Sky Dragon's Sense V7 rom but I came across a WWE version of it and I couldn't find much.
