Rom request for sm-t231 or galaxy tab 4 7.0 3G

Hello guy! I have a tablet sm-t231 running on andriod kitkat 4.4.2 stock rom but run not smooth and slow .i'm very angry i hate stock rom....so can i request a custom rom for my device sm-t231 ? I love custom rom so much.
