Taking a shower!

Hello,



I´m a little bit confusing... The manual says that watch is water proof and the same manual says that you can´t take a shower using the watch!



I doesn´t make sense for me!



I have been taking shower using the watch, without problem!



I can carry on or should I stop do it now? and why?
