Unable to flash rom

Hi,

I decided to flash the Cosmic ROM on my rooted Quattro. I downloaded the rom to sdcard0, but now when I booted into the CWM, I am getting the following menu options:



reboot system now

Apply update from ADB

Apply update from SDCARD

wipe data/factory reset

wipe cache partition

apply update from cache

Applied the CSC code:INS

Successfully applied multi-CSC



When I chose "apply update from SDCARD", I got no options, except the one which took me back me to the CWM main menu. The output was:

E: unknown volume for path [/SDCARD]



On the other hand, when I was rooting my phone, I had seen an option of "install .zip", but I can't see it now. Can you tell me what can I do to flash the rom now?



Please forgive me if this is a very silly question because as you may realise I am a noob to this Android world.
