1 ) Download and install Nokia care Sute 5 (google it by searching like "NokiaCareSuiteForStore-5.3.112.1425" )(236MB)
2 ) DOwnload your Product code Rom by by going "http://ift.tt/1MZh7ub; here xx indicates product code of your lumia
3 ) please check name of downloade files thay are renamed to different session suffix names,campare each file with downloaded page file names
see below image
4 ) place all file (check total no of file and name s ) in RM-xxx folder (,xxx is your product type number) at
"C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\products"
5 ) open Product support tool click on file--> preferences
move to Data package tab check above path is there ,if not add it.
6 ) click on file ---> Open Prouct and type your phone model and select correct rm of rour phone
7 ) click on programming and select recovery
8 ) click on updated list , your phone product number and all informaton willl display ,connect your phone click start
9 )it check data packages of software ask for press volumue up+power button untill it vibrates ,do the same thing click retry
10 ) check at your phone screen flashin already started ,dont distruct flashing ,keep your pc awake untill it shows recovery completed
