[Q] Wi-fi issues on rooted Apollo 4.5.2

Recently, I have noticed a permanent near Wi-Fi breakdown on my rooted Apollo 4.5.2 I have reset my router twice and other devices show no speed issues. Here are some comparative values of what speeds I get on my kindle:

Download: 0,3 MBit (should be around 48 MBit)

Upload: 0,5 Bit ( should be 8 MBit)

Ping: 1800 ms (should be 35)

Are there any known Wi-Fi problems on 4.5.2, rooted?
