Hello! I've just bought a case for my Dell Venue (3840) and it has a keyboard built-in with micro usb connector. It's something like this: http://ift.tt/1ESgI5J (The keyboard looks identical, only the outer side is different.)
The problem is, when I connect it to my tablet - it doesn't work. Somebody would say: the keyboard is faulty. It isn't - it works just fine with my Samsung Galaxy Note III.
Is there anything I can do to make it work with the Dell?
