Verizon galaxy s3 only download mode works😭

Hi I have a galaxy s3 and after I rooted it I tried installing a custom rom. I forgot to install clockwork recovery and wiped the data partition. After trying to install recovery with Odin the recovery mode stopped working telling me to visit Verizon. I tried installing stock.tar and the process failed. . I'm not sure what to do please help me out! !!
